What is the XL bumper paint code?
Or is it even paint or just primer?
My wife smucked my truck up this morning. I tried to buff out it out but it turned the matt finish shiny, so I think I need a respray but can't find any information in regards to the the XL black/greyish bumper.

Usually Ford will use their current charcoal color, this generation it's magnetic J7, with a matte clear over it.

Yes it is. Althought is appears to be the same color used since the beginning of time on the base model work truck.
