What trim level does Budget supply to renters?
Leaving Saturday morning on a trip to Basalt, CO to do some early Fall trout fishing. Landing in Denver and taking charge of a 2015/16 Supercrew F-150 4X4 5.0 from Budget Rent-A-Car. Considering bringing along my Windows tablet and MX-BT adapter to reconfigure the Navigation to use while in motion. Might loose the double horn honk too lol. My question... Does anybody know the trim level that the rental Budget 4X4 Supercrew F-150s have? My Expedition I rented last year was a loaded Limited. Will the F-150 even have factory navigation? Anyone with experience renting a 4X4 F-150 Supercrew from Budget? Just wondering if I should bother bringing along the FORscan.

You would be violating your rental contract by doing that.

OP I responded to your same question in the Forscan thread, but for the others I will provide my current experience.
I am in rental right now from the Philadelphia airport Budget. I booked this two months ago. I had to ask again, once I got to the counter, for the F150. They luckily had one. Don't bank on the same luck for yourself. They were turning it around in a hurry. Rear windows and mirrors looked like they washed it with salt water. They don't really take care of these vehicles. Tire pressure is out of whack. 3 tires in the low 30's and 1 tire at 38. But it drives just fine.
I am driving 2106 5 1/2 ft bed 3.5L XLT Screw 4x4. It has sirius XM with no subscription. No nav. No folding mirrors. No push button start. Flow through console and column shifter. Cloth seats. I mention all these because I drive a Lariat for comparison.
15K miles on it, engine bay looks like 50K miles. Otherwise the body is in good shape.
I am not dissatisfied, as I really didn't expect much. Just don't expect it to be in the shape that you keep your own vehicle. It is a rental. I also don't think they guarantee that you will get the vehicle you want. You are probably just going to get what they have available. If it is a F150 then you got lucky.
I wouldn't waste your time doing any Forscan magic on it.

So, let me get this straight; you want to modify a truck that someone else owns, that you'll have for a week, tops? Heck, why don't you just go to the Walmart parking lot, find an unlocked truck and do that?!! This truck doesn't belong to you, you should probably just leave it alone.

Trucks, turbos and trout! Ended up with an XLT 302a w/ a 2.7 EB. 21mpg in the 4 hour trip into the mountains from Denver to Basalt. I have a 3.5 EB at home but this truck performed very well.
