Default What MPG are you getting in your 2.7L right now?

Just kind of curious what other 2.7L owners are getting MPG wise. I was able to get 22.4 MPG tonight on the way home.Kind of happy about that since I do have a heavy foot.

What kind of MPG are you getting?

Hand calculated I get 18-19. Not bad for a lifted 4x4.

I’m getting between 21.8 and 22.6 weekly on my daily commutes. So pretty happy with the fuel usage since purchase last summer.

Really depends on driving conditions. Mine is a 5-minute back-roads commute where the engine is heating up the whole time: summer - 18 mpg, winter - 15 mpg.

18.5 average, a lot of traffic on the highway and hilly windy roads.

I am at 20.0 MPG over 25,000 miles calculated by Fuelly. I average 17-20 in the winter and 20-23 in the summer. I bought the truck at the end of Aug so the MPG is mostly cold weather driving.

OP, you should go to fuelly and get their numbers. They will likely be better than the responses in this thread.

My 2016 2.7 probably averaged around 18.8 over its 32k miles.
- Lots of winter driving, mountains, and remote start warmups included in there.
My 2019 2.7 (at 1300 miles so far) has averaged 19.2.
- My current tank (3rd tank) is at 19.2 at about 200 miles into that 3rd tank.
