Default What magnaflow?

I have a 2016 with the 5.0. I was wanting to change the muffler out for just a little more v8 rumble. I was thinking the magnaflow 14579. Which is 5x11 oval 22 in length. Anybody running that setup any input would be helpful thanks.

I just added the 12249 yesterday with a duel exhaust tip from Summit Racing. It sounds great and looks awesome! I would add a sound clip but the sound from the old iPhone won't won't help much.

We are running Magnaflow's catback with the dual tip, side exit behind the rear wheel. We also gutted the cats to give it a bit more volume.

I believe it's part #19080

Does the 12249 have the same size inlet and outlet, or do you have to run new pipe? Will it match right up to what's there? I've got a friend that can probably install it but only if it's a direct match up.

Yes, 3" and that is a great choice, which is discussed here on several threads. Leave the resonator, and you'll have a great rumble with no drone. I did add a 3" pipe between the resonator and the muffler. I also, like many here, added a dual tip.

Edit: I really don't know if it fits without modification. But, the pipe between, is straight.

The stock f150 muffler has slightly different inlet and outlet sizes (2.75 at the front,3" rear) but the diameter is close enough you can slide our muffler inlet right over the stock pipe and weld it.
