You can see the doors and fenders that don't align at a glance. I think 1 in 5 0f the f150s I see on the lot have lousy panel alignment.

Fords offering the best 1/2 ton from the big three, just needs to work on a few quality control issues.

My 2016 Screw has one of the rear doors out of alignment. I never noticed it until the other day, about a month after I purchased it.

I don't suppose there is much to be done about it now

It's covered under warranty.

If your still under the 3 yr 36 m btb warranty, your dealer should adjust the doors.

1600 km yesterday so definitely under warranty. I guess I just figured if there wasn't anything "wrong" with the door I was stuck with it. It doesn't seem to leak or anything.

Another thing I've noticed is the amount of mud and dirt that gets up into the lower front corners of the doors.

Is that normal for the 2016 ?

If the door does not have wind noise, leak water and closes properly, you may want to just live with a minor misalignment. You do risk the dealer making it worse trying to adjust it.
If its a real eyesore then let the dealer take a crack at it.

Decisions ! Decisions !

Thank you

All the dirt building up in the corners are the front doors, and they seem straight. I've had a lot of vehicles and I've never seen so much dirt!

If it's normal it certainly seems like an odd design choice

Ive driven through quit a bit of wet sloppy mud, on constructions sites. Ive had no issues, with mud or dirt getting between the panels.

Just your normal dust, or dirty water marks. Thankfully my door panels, are lined up and not misaligned.
