My seam sealer is worse than yours this seems to be a big problem with trucks made in the k city plant . I found mine 3 days after we bought the truck . After a long process with Ford ,they agreed to fix it. The truck has be in the shop for almost 2 months

You can not have Craftmanship when a Robot does the Work.
You removed the Man from doing the work.

Except it's seam sealer and not a weld. The 2015+ bodies are put together with rivets and adhesives, no welding.
We've seen a few with bad seam sealer jobs on the roof. It should be a warranty issue and the repair covered.

I have a feeling Ford's lead on the competition is about to change. There have been way too many quality control issues and the reputation is starting to spread. The publicizing of the F-150's downgrade in CR will end up hurting sales to some degree. Then add in the recall for brakes when it's officially announced, followed by the growing awareness of how tough aluminum really is (or isn't)...I think the brand is about to lose it's top spot.
