My seam sealer is worse than yours this seems to be a big problem with trucks made in the k city plant . I found mine 3 days after we bought the truck . After a long process with Ford ,they agreed to fix it. The truck has be in the shop for almost 2 months

Except it's seam sealer and not a weld. The 2015+ bodies are put together with rivets and adhesives, no welding.

We've seen a few with bad seam sealer jobs on the roof. It should be a warranty issue and the repair covered.
