Most likely settings icon, and it's disabled because you have the truck in drive.

I’m just guessing here but maybe 911 service is turned off. I do not see that on my display.

That is an emergency symbol, as noted. I assume you either disabled 911 auto-dial (not smart to do IMO), or most likely, you enabled NAV European mode via FORScan (to allow programming at speed), which automatically disables that 911 feature. For that reason, I put it back to stock, and now just program any destination before leaving on a trip.

911 Notification (in case of a crash) is disabled. When enabled and you get in an accident, the truck will automatically notify 911 thru your phone if it is hooked up that is.
