You have an aftermarket alarm tracking device installed on your truck. The dealer used it to secure the truck while it was on their lot but it can also be used to track your truck in case of repossession. You should have been offered the option to purchase into the security program. Personally I’d have them remove it and replace the panel that they put holes in.
