Default What is this for?

I was looking under my truck today just because and I was wondering if anyone knew what these few things do?

The first one is some kind of patch on the inside of the side bed panel. The second one looks like it maybe attaches the frame to the body? Just looked large if that's all it did. The last one is a black box mounted on the side near the TransferCase.

Just curious - thanks!

I think the first is just for sound deadening. There are several in different areas of the bed.
The second is attachment points to the cab. I've wondered why they're so large. They look like they could contain something to help dampen vibration.
Not sure on the last.

Last one looks like the charcoal canister for the evap system.
