I have the same on my 2013 lariat. I think it is a drain, at least it looks like it

It's a removable bung for aftermarket. It serves access to things in/out of the bed without going up and over the rail.

That's more likely. I don't know why I have those hoses there, I bought the truck used.

The hoses are to drain the rain in the bed cover channel. It's aftermarket.

Yeah, but why is the hose drilled into the side of the bed? Should they not attach to the rail of the bed cover track then down to the bottom of the plastic cover?

Here is a picture without the cover on top. It doesn't make a lot of sense as it is right now because the water can go just straight down to the ground from here missing the hose, unless another attachment is use.

Is there a place under the rail where it can attach too? That is how most of these bed cover channels work. I have no clue why it is drilled inside the side of the bed. Very Strange.

Hose should be attached there. Its to drain the water off the rails, someone probably knocked it off and just stuck it in the hole
