Default What is This???

I found this after I took delivery of my Lariat Sport. It was in the center storage area under the HVAC controls. I dont see where it could go, and I googled the part #???

Any one else find one, or know where it goes???

Obviously it covers an access hole to something, did you look down the seat sides?

I know!

Can't tell if is the left or the right, but it covers the forward attach bolts for the flow-thru console.

Look at the dash end of the two useless side shelves there should be a cover in the end concealing the screw.

FWIW, some have reported the the left (drivers) one doesn't necessarily fit well. So don't fret about that.

Had one of those come off on my truck. It goes on the back of the front seat track. There are four of them

Darn it, you are correct. The console bends the other direction and is a bit larger.

So I found out where the part goes, but I already have them covering the bolt holes for the seats. Must have been an extra??? I always have extra parts left over when I build something, so why wouldn't Ford?
