Default wet bed question

I have a factory plastic bed liner and I have a Bakflip that does allow some water to get into the bed.
Because the truck is higher in the back the water puddles up towards the front of the bed.
I keep water sensitive supplies in the bed all the time for my pest control business. Considering the factory bed liner, how do I get the water out of the bed liner and what's under the liner?
I guess I could drill a few small holes in the bed liner.
Are there drain plugs in the bed that I can reach from below and maybe drill out a little?
Not sure if this will create a situation of water sitting between the liner and the bed and I don't know if that's trouble or not.
Perhaps someone without a liner can post a photo of the bed drain hole locations for me?
Thanks,

On mine.. the bed drains in the very corners at the very front... and at the tailgate.

I keep water sensitive things in my bed, in waterproof containers.

Me Too!

For the OP
there are slits between the floor and the front wall where water drains out.
If you drill the plastic bed liner that should solve your problem. 1/4" holes or bigger, so they don't plug up easily IMO

Bedrug might be a better solution, not waterproof, but drains well.

The better way to ask this question is if I make holes in the plastic liner where will the water go?
someone above mentioned slits in the bed to front wall. Can someone show me?
I don't want to change the existing liner

Floatman is referring to these slits at the seam between floor and wall.

Thanks for the photo.
I will make holes allowing the water that makes it way under the cover to exit.

This LOL

I'd say get a Lund or ARE topper instead of a tonneau cover if you don't need to put tall things in the bed. They seem to do a better job of keeping water out of the bed.
