!'m at 13k miles on mine and looks like I'm burning a quart every 2000-2500 mi. On the fence about reporting it as the motor is quiet compared to others here on the forum. Changing oil every 5k using Mobil One 5w20 and Motorcraft filters. Hoping the usage will slow down/maybe stop.

Well I got my truck back. Seems to run ok, but I swear it seems to have less power. Maybe because I was driving a loaner truck with stock tires for a while, but my truck definitely seems to feel heavier when accelerating than it used to.

Also my sync does work well anymore as it keeps giving me error messages connecting with my phone. I am not sure the relation and will mess with it more today To try and get it to work right.

I really hope it blows up, lol. I don’t want it anymore as I’m less than thrilled having a new vehicle that has had a major repair.

Yeah, my carfax will show an accident and i’m assuming the engine swap. Will certainly boost the value!

Check your state's lemon law. In Texas, if your vehicle has a major repair that significantly reduces the fair market value of the vehicle it is a lemon and eligible for buyback.

It is worth looking into.

Mine has 10,500 miles and I am also burning a quart about every 2000 miles...

It's not just the tires, but you now have a motor not broken in. It will take a few thousand miles to loosen up.

I've never noticed a motor on any vehicle with such a dramatic change in feel during break in.
