Default Weird noises

So I bought My truck a couple months ago used. When I drive I hear this noise under the truck like a piece of metal is hitting something. I think It’s more towards the back right area. I only hear it when I’m in a parking lot and when I turn. I checked the spare tire, exhaust and I got under the truck and still can’t find it. Has anyone had this prob before or know someone who has??? It’s driving me crazy!!! Thanks

It’s more of a heavy metal sounds. Like a clunking sound, not a rattle sound. But I’ve checked that also

Here are a few ideas.

How tight is your tailgate when closed? Does anything move around inside when you open and close it? Maybe move it back and forth as fast as you can to see if you hear anything.

If you have a topper or bed cover, anything loose there?

Bed liner? Is it snug and not slipping around?

Check to make sure your tire jack under the back seat is actually tightened down.

Something rolling around in the bed?
