Default Weathertech mud flaps

Has anyone had any issues with Weathertech communicating with you about your order?
I ordered WeatherTech mudflaps on 12/31/17.

I checked the status of my order on 01/04/17 and and there still was no tracking. I then emailed them to get an ETA, and was told that they would be shipping on 01/06/17 and to check tracking then.

On 01/06/17, I tracked them and it said estimated delivery would be 01/12/17.

On 01/12/17, I checked again and the tracking had indicated that they had been in transit in North Salt Lake for three days!

Three days to get out of a city?? That's nuts.

So I called Fed-X and the lady told me that she didn't understand why the tracking was "incomplete", but said I would receive them on 01/13/17. Funny thing is, she stated she didn't know where they were, but I would see 01/13. That's strange...

So, I then sent an email, both to Fed-X and WT requesting an update on my order. I did this on 01/13/17 when they never showed. (tracking was updated to show they were in Pendleton, Oregon.

Now, it still says in Pendleton.....

I have received NO response from WT or FedX and am a little frustrated. I realize weather can sometimes slow a delivery, but it has never kept someone from emailing an update.

Sorry for the long post, but I am considering cancelling the order and refusing the delivery, if/when they arrive.

Anyone else have an experience like this?

Any recommendations for another brand?

Thanks all!

Default OEM Mud Flaps

I just sold my 2015 F150 last week. When I bought the truck, I ordered a set of mud flaps. I never got around to installing them. New In the box. This might work for you. If interested feel free to email me. Joshua dot bloom@ gmail.

have ordered multiple times from WT and never had an issue. always got them a couple days earlier then expected. I would get on the phone and refuse to settle for anything less then an exact reason for the issues. Somebody knows something ALWAYS.

I'm near Greenville SC. I can look at the boxes tomorrow. They are Ford OEM splash guards bought from my dealer for 2015. Supercrew XLT 4x4

I've ordered from Weathertech on numerous occasions and have never had a problem. Any chance that some of the bad weather in the country has delayed tracking and delivery information?

That's just it, I can understand weather delay, but communication as well?
Maybe they'll be here soon.

This is more than likely the reason for the delay.
