This already works. I use it everyday.

 

Pic of waze on screen and tell us your sycn build number. I have the current waze and 3.0 build 17276 and it does not work.

Edit: and not android we are talking ios and native waze using weblink.

Pretty sure he is beta testing and just being difficult about it. They offered those with Sync 3.0 to beta test if you work for Ford. I got the email but didn't want to mess with the pre-release 3.0 since I have a 2017.

Best bet is to wait for now, it will be coming soon-ish though!
