The wait... How long really?
MGD is correct - it really is all over the place. Below is a link to a spreadsheet that was started months ago for people to track their orders. I don't know that all of the current wait times on there have been updated, but there are enough completed waits on it to show you that wait time varies drastically. Locations haven't been tracked, but reading the thousands of posts on here will tell you there are no obvious trends for location. It is more about the priority assigned to your order, which has some complexity to it. Here's the link I have to the spreadsheet, which is from the VIN tracking thread/sticky:

Yes - it does make sense. Because Entropy EXACTLY describes this process.
Some folks do NOT have a tank choice! Us Canooks fer example.
You want best/worst case? Here it is: <4 weeks to >5 months, judging by all of the hundreds of already-posted delivery experiences posted since last year.
Now - how does that help you? Answer - it doesn't - they're just random push-pins on a map. None of which is likely to reflect your specific outcome.
Asking the same question over and over and expecting a different result is ..... well, you know what it is
There is absolutely NOTHING you can do that will change the outcome, save cancelling the order and buying from inventory. It's not healthy to worry about something you cannot control. lol
Chill - just because you don't happen to like the message is no reason to shoot the messenger. Aight?
Cheers - we are all in the same leaky boat.
