Default Vibration when driving

I have a 2017 f150 4x4 ! If I were to stop for just a few moments then start driving at highway speed there is a rumbling vibration all through the truck for maybe 2-3 kms then just like that it instantly disappears. Pull over for a few moments again and it’s back the same as before then it goes away again. My dealer has ordered a new 4x4 shift motor for me under warranty but I honestly don’t think that’s the issue. Any ideas? Possible for it to be a vacuum issue with the IWE’s?

Is your truck changed from OEM in any way?

Yes. I have a BDS 6” suspension lift installed by the dealer. I have 80k on the pickup and never an issue until now.
