Default Vibration/resonance problem

- I have a 2020 XLT 3.5 with 20K miles that i have had at the dealer two times now with a "that's normal" answer. the issue is the truck has a vibration/resonance at 3000 RPM. this happens anytime it sees 3000 RPM, driving or in park free revving. the vibration it felt through the pedals, steering wheel and seats, passengers will often ask about it. can anyone confirm this is normal? coming from a 200K mile silverado this sure shouldn't be normal for a new 45K truck.

- Issue number 2 about once a month while sitting in gear idle ( say drive through) the truck will start shaking all over, lasts about 20-30 seconds then clears up. no light or anything any thoughts?

Thanks for any help guys

My 2020 also has a vibration issue. It was fine until I took it to a dealership and left it overnight. Once I left I felt the vibration at 40+ mph. It seems to be much worse at 55mph while cruising along at a steady speed. If I let off of the throttle it’s not as bad.
