Vibration
I just got some new 6112s/5160s put on, Auto Spring AAL and some BFG 285/65/20 KO2s. This left 2” of take, but I am getting a Leer too and a cargo glide put in that should have it settle to 1”. They also did an alignment and put 44 psi in the tires. As soon as I took it home on the interstate I was vibrating head to toe. If I drop below 65-70 mph it is not as noticeable. Over 70 it is bad. I had a lifted Jeep on Ko2s before this and it wasn’t near as bad, so something is off. Did they improperly balance the tires? Mess up the alignment? Should I be running more like 40 psi? Thoughts?

Most likely unbalanced tires. In my experience, KO2's are tough to balance.

No. I have had them road force balanced now 3 times by 2 different locations. They all say they balance out fine, then I get up over 60 mph and get a horrible vibration. Not sure where to go at this point. The only thing that has changed is the tires. I had the shocks on for a few days with the stock hankooks and didn't have an issue.

Any chance they dinged your drive shaft putting it on the rack?

Let's use Occam's razor here, he put on new tires, it is most likely the thing he changed that cause a new vibration, particularly since they are known for causing vibrations at speed when not properly balanced, start by checking the new thing that is an easy fix before we start hunting around for damaged drive line parts.

The Op has taken the tires for road force balance to two locations with both saying the tires and balance are fine. Next up is what did the shop touch. That takes us to either debris on the mounting flange or some sort of damage. Easiest damage for a tire shop to do is placing a jack in the wrong location and damaging a drive shaft.
Another option would be to have the original tires remounted, or maybe swap out one at a time with the spare to isolate which tire is the offender.

I get confused at these vibration posts.
My 2018 vibrated some, my 2019 Lariat vibrates some. I had 4 2018 rentals. They all did some...I guess everyone's tolerances are different or I am extremely unlucky, not sure lol.
