is there a cure for noticeable vibration on 2017 f 150 at speeds over 40kms?

Have had wheels checked. ok . have had tires road force balanced. ( 2 tires had to be replaced). still vibrates

is the vibration in the steering wheel or seats? If it's in the steering wheel, it's the front tire/wheels. If you feel it in the seat, it's the rear tire/wheels.

Or, it might have nothing to do with tires. There are several of us that have driveline vibrations.
