Default Vehicle tracking

I am looking for feedback on trackers from anybody that has or had one.I would rather not have one that plugs into the OBD port because i am looking to get one more to protect against theft than anything.Different times i travel out of town and stay overnight so it would just be nice to have.Have any of you guys ever had one hardwired in?

Ford Pass is not yet available to be added on, and will likely use the OBDii port.

If you have sync connect you can download Ford Pass. As long as I have my phone I know exactly where my truck is. It even tells me how much gas is in it!

I have one.
It uses GPS and cellular data.
They have a website where you can see live the location of the vehicle on Google Map, see the historic, set alarms for speed, exiting zone etc.

Works very well.
It requires a monthly data plan though.

Mine is sold for Canada and US, but search on Amazon, I'm sure the US equivalent exists.

My insurance company, USAA, is giving me a 5% discount to keep a tracker they sent me in my 15. It works surprisingly well. I had to drop my truck off at the dealer for work the past 2 weeks and discovered someone there was using my truck for errands while it was there thanks to the tracker.

The OP does not have Sync Connect.
