Usb drive stopped working

Plugged in my usb thumb drive and nothing. I'm thinking something may have came loose behind it, how hard is it to get to the connections behind it?

Easy, just pop the hub out. Two connectors, one for power and one for USB connection to the APIM. But why not just take the truck to the dealer for warranty work and let them handle it?
