Default Upgrading tires

For those of you who bought a truck and then almost immediately put on different tires, what did you do with the stock tires? Sell? Trade?

I looked in the trade and sell forum and there were a lot for sale but it didn't look like they were getting sold. I want to put on Duratracs but don't want to wait until the stock tires wear out.

My dealer offered me $120 each for the GoodYears that came on the truck and another tire shop offered $100.

Just sold my stock 275/65/20 Wranglers on Craigslist the other day, too. They had about 18k miles on them, still in great condition. Got $400.

The main reason tires are slow to sell here is because of the expense of shipping. Selling locally is the way to go if possible. As mentioned, Craigs List or a local dealer is probably your best option.

Bought my truck 3 weeks ago... Getting rough country level installed on Monday morning and then getting 275/70r18 KO2's installed in the afternoon. Tire shop is giving me $500 for my factory goodyears.
