There's no sync 4 updates for that VIN, so maybe some has access to Ford cloud and can download the firmware?
It is Sync 3.4 on that vehicle, not Sync 4.

I've been trying to update from 19200 to 19274 for weeks with no luck... seems most folks are formatting and going directly to 3.4 19274. I really don't want to format and start over again at this point unless I see a great reason to. (changelog?)

If anyone has a successful method for going from 19200 to 19274, I'm all ears!

I went to 19200, ran it for a day, then updated to 19274. Worked just fine. Configure the USB stick properly, insert it, turn it on, and you should see "updating system software" after a minute or two. Let it run until it tells you to remove the stick and reboot.

Can you define "prepare the USB stick properly"?

I posted screens of what is on my USB3 drive, but I would like to see how you did it... Any help appreciated.

I took a generic crap-tier 4GB USB2 stick I had laying on my desk. Formatted it to exFAT (Ape says FAT32, but Ford has always said exFAT). Decompressed the RAR file from his download onto the stick. Moved the files out of the "USB 3" folder into the root. Plug in, turn on, wait, done.

Just remember to move it out of the "USB 3" folder it creates into the root of the stick.

Disagree. My brightness bug is fixed, and I haven't done the 19274 update.

When on the main Audio screen, select Browse, than new search, than Artist/Song/Album. When this page pops up, hit the button in the top right corner, it will bring up the keyboard so you can search by first letter
