Maybe call SiriusXM. They might have a special init hit they can send

 

Didn't use the extra file, and my Sirius logos are fine (didn't load initially, but have repopulated)

 

I posted this earlier but it seems to be lost in this thread. North American vehicles do not have the ENH_DAB file installed from the factory. That file contains FM DAB logos which are not used in North America. Even though the file is referenced as SXM in some places, it has nothing to do with SiriusXM. The SiriusXM logos are contained in the APPS install. If it’s not working, it is due to another issue such as incompatible firmware, hardware, or a bug. On a side note, I’ve had access to a 2020 Explorer ST with factory v3.4 build 19101 installed and the SiriusXM logos do not always appear on the presets. Sometimes they do, sometimes they don’t.

 

It wasn't lost, I even linked to it in reply to AGFazio's post that said it was needed.

 

Can someone post a pic of what it looks like with the Sirius XM logos. I am thinking it may have to do with the button size. I have a 19 F250 and maybe the button layout is different.

 

I might have missed it however I am trying to view all the themes and keep picking the ones for the 10.1 inch new screen. I have a 2013 upgraded to Sync 3 with the 8" screen. Can someone please tell me which themes to stop picking. I have done it twice and had to disconnect the battery to reset while in diagnostic mode.

 

Not sure about what themes to ignore, but you can reboot sync w/o disconnecting the battery by holding power & > seek buttons for about 10 seconds

 

Don't pick any of them with a "10" in front of the name. Its the first few on the list.

My-20-Ford is Blue and with white text.
My-20-Lincoln in dark grey with beige text.
