Default Upgrade mirror options

Over the recent holiday travels I nailed a buzzard with my truck. Bent my antenna off and broke the hinge on the passenger mirror. Suprised I didn't break a windshield as I was going around 65 mph.

My question is, since I now need to replace the passenger side mirror. How hard would it be to add the power fold, with flood and spot lights. Across all the threads I've read, it seems to be possible. I have a 16 xlt 302A. From what I can tell, it is a different harness. If someone who knows more can chime in to confirm if its an easy swap, or if this truly will turn into jumping down a rabbit hole. Thanks in advance

It depends on what your factory mirrors had. My 17 XLT 302a had BLIS, power glass, heat, auto-dimming and spot lights. Possibly turn signals, I don't remember at this point. I put on after market tow mirrors with BLIS, spot lights, turn signals, marker lights, heated, power glass, and it was plug and play for every feature. The only feature that I lost was auto-dimming, but since my truck has an A.R.E. topper with tinted glass, the auto-dimming didn't function anyway. Note that I did NOT add power folding or power extend/retract. The power folding was available on a more expensive mirror, but you had to run wires and add switches.
