Updated Sync and it broke things
I realized I had never updated Sync on my truck until earlier this week. I don't have a Nav unit, so I just hadn't connected it to WiFi until now. While driving today, the console turned off and back on. Bluetooth was dead, as was the tuning wheel's ability to scroll through radio stations (XM's channel list wouldn't populate either). I did a master reset and it fixed the latter, but nothing on the Bluetooth side of things.
Despite doing a master reset, all of my paired devices were still listed. I tried disconnecting my phone and repairing it, but I noticed it would never actually get removed from the device list. The same went for phones I hadn't used in years. Hitting the "disconnect" or "remove" options appeared to do nothing. I went through like three or four master resets and eventually, my paired devices list was empty. I thought it was in the clear, as I successfully repaired my phone with the console and it said everything went through. Then I tried dialing a number from the phone. On the prior version of Sync, the audio would almost immediately come through the car's speakers. It didn't. The audio was only through the phone. Then I tried calling a number through the dash. It went through for a bit, before it dropped out and told me I should power cycle my phone. I did that. Nothing. I did that and a master reset on the dash. Nothing. I did that plus a fresh repair. Nothing.
Any suggestions? I read on another forum that the issue might be that the Sync update isn't actually finished and that I need to drive more for it properly go through. Is that accurate? I hope I didn't mess things up by doing so many master resets. Speaking of which, I did not reconnect the truck to WiFi after doing that.
P.S. This update changed what the tune wheel scrolls through. It used to be the presets, but now it just seems to be going through XM's (or another audio source's) entire channel list. Is there any way to have it go back to just scrolling through the preset stations?
Thanks in advance.

I was planning on trying a re-install, but it looks like all of the Bluetooth functionality has returned. I just had the truck connected to WiFi for a bit. Went through a few power cycles, and voila. The tuner scroll wheel just going through XM's channel list (instead of your presets) is still annoying, but I guess that's intended and not a glitch.
