eXFAT is all I ever use for my music usb or when umaking new files to downgrade or upgrade the Sync OS on both a pc or Mac. Buy a new stick sometimes there is an issue with older sticks and a new one will work. Can you take a picture of your file structure so we can compare it to what I posted to make sure you don’t have another issue?
Given that you initially moved the zip file to the drive, and then unzipped them, I would be concerned that the drive either has files on it that shouldn't be there, or lack of room due to deleted files in the trash.
Did you AGAIN format the drive to exFat before this time correctly unzipping the files on your computer, and then moving them over?
If yes, does the root directory on the drive look like this?
If yes, take a picture of what's in the SyncMyRide folder and post it.
Well after i was finally successful installing after about 4 hours the whole system is slow. Touch screen not responsive, voice recognition skips and iPhone not connecting. Do I need to replace APIM? I’m out of warranty so low cost permanent fix is what I’m in the market for. Should have never messed with it
