All fires must automatically be torn apart by keyboard warriors who, most likely, have never been in bunker gear. It's, like, a universal law.

Never mind that tactics don't really make a crap, since this truck was a total loss 30 seconds after the fire started and long before anyone arrived (except maybe whoever stretched the green line).

 

What you can't see because it was blanked out, the plate was a Vanity that read Disco.

 

Couple more details on this.
The truck appears to have caught fire all on its own, it didn't hit anything. The driver saw smoke coming from the truck, stopped and got out.
