Undercover Swing Case
I pulled mine off my 2016 and put them on my 2018. Yes they will hold all that and no drilling required. I have both driver side and passenger side cases.
If you have box cleats you will lose the use of them.

Had them on my 14. Miss them like crazy on my 18..!
Gave both away for a $100 bucks. I'm not sure why I did that thinking back...
I'm thinking of getting the passenger side at least. When I do, I'm raising them up as far as I can this time. I never opened them while they were latched, anything over 3/4 of an inch laying on the bed would always get in the way.
It may be a moot point with the new bracket design anyways..

I bought the driver side one used around here a few months ago. I may remove it. It does get in the way of anything in the bed, and doesn't swing fully clear of a tonneau cover to open the lid fully.

Got 'um. Love 'um. Won't leave home without 'um.
They are certainly not heavy (firefighter tuff) quality, which I usually complain about when things are not heavy duty.
That said, man, I luv 'em. Easy five minute bolt on. No drill. Swing out and put all my truck stuff on the passenger side. IE-jumpers, tie-downs, hydraulic jack, lug wrench, 2x6 wood block ect.
Driver's side: motorcycle tie-downs, two ****** ropes, axe, shovel, bumper hooks and trailer hitch stuff.
BINGO. All the stuff at easy reach, quick access when needed.
Some sidenotes, I do have a tonneau covering them and I do keep padlocks on the back of the swing cases so they are hard to steal. I did not have to pay for them as they were a Father's Day (?) gift.
Rock on!
