Did they reuse the factory Ubolts? The lift didn't come with new ones?

I think I would start looking pretty closely at the entire installation. If they cut corners in the obvious, easy-to-see locations, I would wonder what else they did. Might be a safety issue.

Do you have the above pictures for it? If they had put in an additional or new rear blocks, they must use the u-bolts that it came with..

Those are not the correct u-bolts for taller blocks.. take it back and make them fix it.. that is un-safe.. should be a couple inches of threads below those bolts. Like mentioned above.. need to look at the entire install for proper installation and security.

Yikes !! That's scary and definitely not correct. 50% of the diameter of the fastener (minimum) should protrude through the nut to ensure proper retention.

and they stacked the 4.5" block on top of the factory 1.25" block (They explained why and I was aware of) and which a lot of folks frown upon. Additionally, it appears they used the provided u-bolts that came with the Mcgauphys lift kit.....

I would be furious with that hack job install on my truck. Are they kidding? Unsafe to the point you need get that taken care of immediately. Obviously you need to throughly check out the rest of their work. Would be the last time I had that shop touch my truck as they don't give a flying F about customer safety!

Lift blocks should never be stacked.
