I added a wireless camera and screen. Works good and can be moved to any vehicle. I use it on my skidsteer and excavator.

Uh, yes. Re-watch the video, the full video. Definitely put some metal bits into the transmission pan.

Yes you are right, I linked the wrong video. In that one he puts it in both park and reverse.

I meant to link this one..

If GM has figured out how to allow this feature with their liability lawyers signing off one would think that Ford could do the same.
I saw that full time Chevy rear view mirror camera on a Lyft I was in once. I really wish I could do that with my Ford. I have a full shell on my Sport Trac, and often it is full of stuff making my rearview mirror useless. I plan on putting a full shell on my new F150 also, and would love to see what's behind me with the camera, and seeing what's behind the camper when towing.

It would be nice to easily see if straps have come loose or if loads have shifted etc. but I mostly blame this on the trucks being too tall. My jetski and unloaded 5x8 are completely invisible behind my truck. A quick 10 second “trailer view” mode would be great IMO. No different than looking in the rear view at a taller trailer.

I test drove a few Silverado’s before my F150 and I didn’t like that feature. It really messed with my perception from the driver’s seat. (Because the view doesn’t move if you tilt your head etc) Neat tech tho, especially if it had a camera on the back of a trailer. (Invisible trailer) or whatever they call it...

Yeah, my 6 X 12 utility trailer is invisible, too. And folding down the tailgate (as some have suggested) does nothing when one has a tonneau cover...you still can't see chit.
