I sent them a data log this afternoon which takes 3 to 5 business to hear back about but of course when i went to data log it, it wouldn't act up for me, but then a few hours later when i went up town to pick up my food it acted up. Is it possible the battery could be causing this issue, all winter the past two years through the winter i would get a constant power saver mode almost instantly after shutting the truck off and every now then throughout the summer months. When the last battery went bad it would randomly die after of the course of few hours every few weeks then got to the point the alternator was only putting out 12.3 volts. New battery fixed it that time. This new would almost always sit somewhere around 11.6 volts through the winter and now its holding around 12.2 but according to the charger i have, it says battery is only at 50% capacity. The battery is still under warranty and I have had it and the charging system tested several times at the parts store i got the battery it always test fine with their tester.
