Hey guys. So I purchased the Predator 2 tuner from diablosport (second diablosport programmer ive owned) and im having a ton of issues with my pickup


truck is a 2017 3.5EB 10SPD lariat.

truck is throwing two CEL codes. p061b and a p2282.

is this more than just the tune at this point? anything I can check while i have diablosport checking things on there end?

P061b - Internal Module Torque Calculation Value

I would guess that the tuner may be responsible for this one

P2282 - Air Leak Between Throttle Body And Intake Valve

Not sure about this one. Is your intake system stock or have you altered that as well?

 

Truck is stock other than a MBRP side exit exhaust. I havnt touched anything under the hood yet

 

alright so its been a few days of driving without the tune and everythings been normal. No codes no problems. Call diablosport they get me to update the tuner (dunno if it has anything to do with the tunes) and reinstall the 91 octane tune. Do all that and get the same p2282 code after a short drive to the store and back.

weirdly enough the CEL doesnt show on the dash it just picks it up on the diablo sport Code reader.



any suggestions fellas?

 

Ask for money back would be my suggestion.
