The truck took over

So, this is going to be a dumb question but it's an honest one.
If park assist is able to get you into spots you normally wouldn't be able to get into or feel comfortable parking in, how do you get out?
Seriously.
Do you use the back-up cam to back all the way to the vehicle behind you and then just hard left the steering wheel to get out? The F150 doesn't just have a huge ***, it's got a huge head too. And it's a long wide head as well.
It just seems to me that if I couldn't get into a spot myself, I probably couldn't get out of it either.
I have enough problems trying to get out of parallel spots in my GT, because *******s always seem to manage to fit into a spot in front of me and only give me a foot clearance to their back bumper.
Maybe I'm just a horrible driver/parker.

What happens if all the spots are full? I'll be a buyer when I can send it to get a burger for me and come home.
#2- Why send your truck when a drone can deliver your burger faster? They are working on that as you read this.

#1- Here in Vegas the hotel, work, and airport parking lots are starting to put in counters. You can see how many spaces are left before you ever pull in.
