LOL - on an F-150 Forum... I bet anything everyone says an F-150 But, I'll start.
F150 Beats Tacoma or Tundra for the following points:
Way better MPG - Toyota is awful - engines are not fuel efficient at all
Price - you get way more truck for the money with Ford
Better reliability! (Yup! Check consumer reports)
More room
Better styling
Better technology
More luxurious (if you want those trims)
Better towing
More payload
It's just a better truck for the money - even if you were only going to spend 33K - can get an XLT 2.7L turbo...
And i'm not bashing Toyota either.. my wife drives a 4runner. Those things are bulletproof - can drive them 300K miles.. But my giant Crew cab F-150 gets about 4 MPG better than the 4runner.

Does not look like the TFL guys posted an opinion but instead turned it over to their forum users to respond. With that I'm certain there will be a clear winner....
If you don't have much hauling to do or people to move around and you have to deal with inner city traffic/parking then the Taco is for you!!

Dude good call!!! Had those come out before my 2015 F-150 - I would have bought for sure... those things are sick!!!
It's like an El Camino Honda style... An accord chopped off to be a truck..
LOL - I don't get why anyone buys those.. like at all.

Trying to figure it out!
I didn't watch the video but deciding between a Tacoma and an F-150 should t be difficult. They're in different categories. If I didn't want the cab size and towing capacity I would have actually gone with the Colorado.

Even the Toyota faithful say the new Tacoma is a POS.
Unless the size is an issue, seems like a no-brainer....
And yes, I would take a Ridgeline over a Tacoma seven days a week.

I have no idea why anybody would buy a Tacoma over an F150. Consider that the base 4-cylinder Tacoma has half the horsepower and gets worse mileage than the 2.7-liter F150.

Just get whichever, works best for your needs.

I had a Tacoma 4x4 crew cab. It was an excellent truck. The new body really isn't hasn't changed from than the old one I had. The previous 4.0 engine was great , nice and torquey. The new 3.5 isn't so torquey (my wife had that engine in her Highlander). I traded in the Tacoma for a Tundra when I started pulling a big camp trailer. I would consider the Tacoma a good alternative to a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. The F-150 is in a totally different class because of size and payload.
