Default Transferring Navigation destinations between vehicles

All:
I recently bought a 2018 F150 and also have a 2015 Ford Explorer. I have several destinations saved in
the Explorer's Navigation system. Is there an easy way for me to transfer all these to the F150 instead of having
to manually enter them one-by-one ? The 2015 Explorer has the Sync with MyFord Touch package. The F150 has
Sync3.

Any advice would be appreciated.
Regards and thanks
Rex

+1 - no.

However - Listen up Ford......We don't really want or need navigation in the vehicle. Apple and Google both have map systems that are updated far more frequently and allow you to save destinations, etc.

Just let us display the maps on the screeen.....natively. I know AA and CarPlay do this - but, in using AA...it's buggy.

Not going to happen. $800 option that many get because it's on the vehicle already, or in a package and they had no choice. For my next vehicle, I will be ordering to ensure no navigation and no sunroof.

I suspect if a study was done the following would be true:

- The vast majority of vehicles owners with navigation either use it, or use nothing.
- The vast majority of drivers have no clue how to use Apple or Google maps with their in-car systems.
- The vast majority of users can't even use the in-vehicle Bluetooth so they don't have to hold their phones in their hands. Look while you're driving at all the idiots holding their phones in their hands.

Thank you all for your responses. This is a bummer. You would think that with a feature called "Sync", Ford would let you actually sync data between multiple vehicles. They could easily add software to dump Nav (or other owner-related) data to an SD card or USB stick to be read back.

Waze is coming to sync 3 so you can use that with applink instead of having to use AA or CarPlay.

So that’s at least 3 choices - Waze/Applink, Google Maps/AA and Apple maps/CP.

could be wrong, but have heard nothing about Android being able to use waze over applink. Every mention of it is for ios. Android sounds like will still need AA. But I am not 100%.

I thought applink was device independent, but not 100% sure.

All the press releases have stated it is clearly IOS only at first, probably because that is the real target market, as Apple doesn't allow third party navigation via Carplay. In other words it is a move by Google (who, of course, own Waze) to give Apple users who have Sync 3 systems a reason not to use Carplay. It's not a consumer friendly approach really but it is what it is.
