Default Transfer Case Leaking?

Was looking under my 2018 King Ranch today (55k miles). Does this transfer case look ok? I'm not sure why it is seeping so much. Is this normal? No drops on the driveway or parking spot and otherwise seems to be driving fine.

If this is a problem, I want to take it in before the 60k mile warranty is up.

Thanks for the input.

I would. Here is my 2018 at 52k and I will definitely be taking it in before 60k.

Ford will likely say its fine unless there is an actual drip. Clean it up and check again in a few weeks to see if it returns. I just went and looked and my truck has a film on the transfer case as well. It isn't as thick, but definitely a film on it.

I have a film on mine. No drip. I figure I'll keep an eye on it, make the decision prior to warranty expiration, but low key, I'm not a fan of Dealers monkeying with factory anything.

I know it's a necropost, but any resolution to this issue?

Good afternoon. Are you experiencing a leak concern with your F-150? If so, please send over a private message with your VIN and dealer info so I can look into this on my end.
