Did you notice engine rpm at 43 mph in 10th? My 3.55 if I recall is around 1100-1200 rpm at that speed. I consider the fact that it will even accelerate in third overdrive amazing.

Correct, right around then. to me that seems way too low and the transmission seems way to slow to downshift when i'm giving the truck gas.
