Default trans Cooler Question

Anyone know where the Auto Transmission cooler is located on vehicles equipped with tow packages? I would have expected it to be in front of, or near the engine radiator but do not see it.

Thanks! I did see that cooler in front of the radiator but thought it was an engine oil cooler. I have a 3.5L Ti-VCT engine which should also have an engine oil cooler. The pic showed a 2.7L E/B configuration but, sure does look like what I currently have so am guessing that cooler is indeed the trans cooler. So...., next question is, on a 3.5L Ti-CVT engine, where is the engine oil cooler located ?

Again, thanks much for the clarification.

Thanks again tmcolegr! Interesting. The engine oil cooler was not what I expected but, now has been located. Appreciate your response!

Default 5.0 oil cooler options

Do you have the schematic for the 53a option for the 5.0? I would much appreciate it!

Really appreciate the effort. I am trying to do an after-the-fact upgrade of the basic tow package on my 2015 5.0 Lariat to allow towing above 5000#. I know about the wdh and all that, just need to upgrade the front away bar - done, and add the tranny cooler that is in Ford's "Trailer Tow Package
53a" (option code). What confuses me is that based on the info which you graciously posted, it appears that there are multiple trans cooler set ups for the 5.0. I am trying to determine why there are multiple trans cooler set-ups and establish which one that I need. Long story, I ordered 53a with the truck, somehow it got missed, trying to add it on now.

SS1, could you post a pic of the front sway bar? I think I am supposed to have that option but am finding it difficult to see it.

Thanks!
