I've heard others say their COTUS switched up like that at the end. Supposedly the ETIS site is supposed to be filled in with your truck info when it is done.

But yes, someone could have jokes!! You know KC isn't too far of a drive to go to the plant, walk in and get the situation all figured out.

Thanks, so ETIS shows my truck was built yesterday, but that's it. Is there any other source to figure out where it's at, delivery date etc? I've texted my sales rep, but he hasn't been much help.

I don't know of any other place other than your dealer. My truck COTUS shows 10-1-2017 for an estimated delivery. ETIS doesn't show anything for mine, but my window sticker shows a build date of 9-20-2017. When I spoke to my dealer, she looked at something she could access and told me mine was scheduled for 9-20 and she said it shows delivery between 9-25 and 10-1. So she sees a range rather that one projected day. Your dealer can get that info from a visibility report, I think that is what it is called.

11 hours. Pfft. I've spent longer on the throne of contemplation than that. Enjoy the day!

Today should be a good info update for many of you guys!! Thursday's are usually good movement/information days, good luck everyone, these trucks are well worth the wait!

I get a lot of, "Hey, is that the new 18 F150?" Guess many know about the new grill.

This is what I learned:
If your truck will be shipped by land, when Cotus turn to in transit, call Jack Cooper (Ph: 816 452 8235) and ask the ETA.
If Jack Cooper delivered it to the Norfolk "yard" (for some upfitting, etc), call Norfolk (Ph.: 816 452 8235) select option 4 (dispatch) and ask for ETA.
That is how I found out that my truck would be delivered 12pm yesterday to my dealer.
The Norfolk yard is an intermodal yard so it may work for trucks that are shipped by train too....

The sale is made and he's busy chasing potential customers around the property. The rest is a waste of his time. At least that's what many of them think!
I don't have that problem with my dealer. He's logged into ford's system all day long anyways. When i call him, i know after couple of mouse clicks what i ask for, and if i ask, he'll email me screenshots.

I wonder how fast your sales guy would get you the updates you want if you jokingly mentioned canceling the order

Save me some of that Xanax brother!! mine is moved to awaiting shipping this morning. I'm trying to prepare myself for the switch back and forth like yours did but I'm not going to handle it well. I'm on the ragged edge!!
