My truck was delivered to the dealer on Monday morning (per Jack Cooper delivery receipt). I contacted the dealer and was told that I would have to wait until they complete their PDI and verification that no accessories need to be added (the only accessory would be all-weather mats). They told me it could take a week until they can schedule a time for me to pick up the truck. The truck is owned by a fleet leasing company, but a week seems a little excessive. Does this sound right?
Not sure if that's typical or not. But food for thought..... my truck was just delivered on Friday, went in Saturday morning to do all the paper work, and they told me it would be ready Monday afternoon.

I picked mine up within hours of it being unloaded from the convoy truck at dealership. Salesman called the moment it arrived and I was there within an hour to complete paperwork.
Oh cool. So lets see if that holds true, mine is at 24 days, which means that Tuesday next week should go to scheduling.
Update, stopped at the dealer today to check on cost for PPF and Ceramic, and found out the truck goes into production the week of 8-6. Thats two weeks away! Man I can't wait to see MY truck!

Anyone know if PALS will update when the truck gets put on a train? Last update was it was dropped at the Norfolk Southern yard in KC on 7/19 but I'm not sure if Jack Cooper would even be aware once it's loaded.
Anyone with a 5.0L on order...... Tell your dealer to take the truck to the service department and have them reflash the truck to prevent misfires before you accept delivery!
My truck was built 7/18 and it's currently sitting at the dealer with the CEL on and several codes popping for misfires.
Truck finally came in after 12 weeks!! Stopped to take care of the paper work today and it looks awesome! Dealer is going to fill the tank and hand wash it tomorrow, then I will pick it up first thing Thursday morning. Installing the leveling kit and tires first thing after picking it up!

Lucky guy! Mine was built a week before yours and I still have no idea when it will be here - COTUS says 8/8 but no update on PALS since it was dropped at Norfolk Southern on 7/19. Starting to think Ford doesn't want me to have this truck!
