Tracking Thread!! VIN's with Build Dates
I shouldn't have any issues with my dealer, the GM is a relative. He knows how much I get into this whole process. COTUS changed to In Transit, unfortunately my date changed to 12/01.

I found this thread after I posted that. https://www.f150forum.com/f118/train-tracking-286401/

My ordered popped for the first time today in COTUS and has a VIN assigned. It only took 6 days, so that’s not bad. It will be a Kansas City build, which is what I was hoping for. I’m only about 4 hours from the plant. My current one was a Dearborn build, as the KC plant wasn’t up and running then. I’m hoping for a 4 week turn around. After looking up my dealer truck inventory, the average from KC was about 4 weeks. Dealer told me 4-6 weeks. Let the staring at “in order processing” begin.

My estimated date changed again. This time is changed to 11/29. I'm hoping that means it was either assigned or loaded on a rail car. It could be on its way. I should be able to go to my dealer in the morning to see if they have the rail car number.
Stopped at the dealer this morning. He was able to print out the Full History:
So my truck is well on its way. Unfortunately, when I got home I tried calling the system to track the railcar but # CN 711985 comes back as "Released by the Customer, Toledo, Ohio, Sept. 13, 8:10am". Clearly that is either not the car my truck is on, or maybe that's a previous shipment of some sort and the tracking system is off. If that doesn't correct itself, my only option will be to call the dealer every day for an update.
