You'll totally right, Murphy will get you when ever he gets the chance! I'll get the TPMS sensors checked out. Thanks!

A quick update! I got my problem fixed! I feel like a little bit of an idiot...it was related to the fuse. The fuse wasn't blown, but in the process of removal and reinstallation, the TPMS sensors and key fob are now working perfectly. So either the fuse wasn't making good contact, but I have a hard time thinking that was the problem. It was very secure, and wasn't lose. I'm thinking more that the RTM needed to "reset"? And the interruption of power by removing the fuse allowed for that to happen? I'm not really sure, but if I have problems with it in the future, the fuse will be the first thing I check!

Well this is the part of forums I don't like. Doesn't really matter who said what or what said who as long as OP gets his problem solved.
I understand OP got his third set of sensors to work but as a career troubleshooter I would want to know if he could get the first ones going again by doing the hard reset that he did.
This is the downside to the new technologies of all of these automobiles. The more computer componentry, the more options to fail....

It’s a 10 amp fuse, number 32, located in the passenger side footwell area. It also controls the multi-function display. In my case, the multi-function display was functioning properly which made me think the fuse wasn’t the problem initially. Hope this helps resolve your issue!

thanks for the quick reply, my situation is alot worse, i had a leak in the windshield so every time it rained my BCM would degrade to the point if failed completely, long story short// i sat at the dealer for a month while they at least got the the truck to start, i got it back and have worked through a ton of issues, now im down to 2, interiror lights dont turn off and my Tpms is faulted out, i didnt have any problems befor the BCM died,

i have paid enough money to the dealer...... but im getting through it.

thanks again

I recently changed my 2019 BCM(used one). Programmed everything with forscan and an AUtel IM508 to get the keys working with new BCM. Now I have "Tire Pressure Monitor Fault" displayed. Re-learning procedure will not fix the problem(always fails). Driving for days and still not recognised by BCM. When I use Forscan to read the BCM, I can see the sensor IDs from donor F150. Also get 2 DTC codes that always come back after I clear(B1182 and B124D). How can I get the new BCM to recognise the sensors(sensors were working fine with old BCM).

Thanks

Turn key to on position.
Press hazard lights button 6 times.
Horn will honk.
Message displays on screen saying Learn Front Left.
Press OK.
Slowly start releasing air from front left (driver side) tire until you hear another honk.
message displays Learn front right.
Press OK. And so on until you have all 4 tires relinked.
