I'm hoping Discount Tire 1st installed & then took it to Ford Dealership. Ford said, "could be module" since the sensors(315mhz) not connecting...should've scanned for BTM...for DTC

It could be the RTM that is the problem since the fobs operate on a different frequency from the TPMS sensors. Did your Lariat come from the factory with LED lights? If not, have you changed out the halogen bulbs for aftermarket LED "bulbs"?

Is that not the RTM in your post #1 picture? FL3Z-15607-H is the part number. I see the online Ford parts system calls it a TPMS Receiver, but the proper name for it is RTM (Radio Transceiver Module) since it receives radio transmissions from more then the TPMS sensors.
Although the part is not terribly expensive, I just hate to see you go to all the work of pulling down the headliner and changing out the RTM, just to find out that you did not fix the problem.
The reason I asked about LED "bulbs" is that many of them emit enough RFI to interfere with TPMS sensor (and sometimes fob) transmissions.

Some people have had to use this tool (Motorcraft TPSM19) to get the sensors to connect.
The instructions on how to use this starts on page 3 of the attached document. The Ford Racing Performance Parts M-1180-A includes 4 TPMS sensors and the TPMS19 activation tool. The TPMS19 tool is usually available on Amazon or Ebay.

So a DTC scan is about all you haven't tried yet. Do you have FORScan? Your remote fob (Ford name is RKE - Remote Keyless Entry) for the Lariat transmits on 902 MHz while the TPMS sensors transit on 315 MHz. That is why I mentioned that the RTM could be the issue if it is not reading the 315 MHz range anymore but still reading 902 MHz.
