Default Touch Screen Hidden Feature/Settings?

I have a 16 XLT with the Sync 3 Touch Screen that has the "base" features on the screen - Audio, Phone, Apps and Settings.

However i noticed this morning, when i started up my truck on the screen i got the A/C controls. I was like at 1st, then i actually hit the button to turn on the A/C and heated seats and it actually turned on those features.

Then when i hit the Home button couldnt get back into that screen.

I should of took a picture of it, but didnt think of it until i hit the home button

Just wondering has anyone come across something like this before?

I have seen that too. It's a known bug. Pretty stupid how our trucks are capable of this but ford wont let us use it.

There is another thread about this...
https://www.f150forum.com/f118/2016-...s-sync-361362/
I think someone mentioned you can hold the recirc & AC buttons to bring up the climate screen.

There is a diagnostic screen... hold eject & then then press & hold the > seek button.

You should have a choice of options on the bottom of your screen, climate control, nav, audio etc. You can also swipe right for more options. Also on your screen in your instrument cluster you can set your faavorites to toggle through options available in your cluster ie, digital speedo, nav directions, fuel economy etc.

Get i n your truck and start playing with things and go through your owners manual at the same time. It took me 2 weeks to realize I could adjust nav voice volume.

Now if someone could tell me how to dim the ambient coloured lighting......

Nope Phyer, we are talking about 302a which comes with sync3, heated seats and remote start but still has manual climate controls not automatic. But it does have climate built in for the remote start because it turns on the heater or ac automatically when you remote start. I'm gonna try that secret thing someone posted in this thread after work.

You can dim the ambient lights... just pull the sliding button down, but release just before you reach the bottom. Once you release/remove your finger from the button, it dims. Pulling all the way to bottom shuts them off. Would have been more intuitive if they dimed/brightend as you moved the slider!
