Default Torque Specification for Tow Mirror Bolts?

Anyone have access and willing to share the torque specifications for the bolts? Mine have started vibrating over bumps and I assume the rubber has compressed since initial installation. Thanks.

My passenger mirror is shaking. Maybe mine rattled loose as well.
