On my Snugtop, the topper rear window can be unlocked with the Fod key fob, but it doesn’t swing open on its own. You still have to twist the unlocked latch and let the pistons raise the glass. If I pop the tailgate with the fob while the topper window is down, the tailgate latch releases the tailgate but it is held up by the topper window. It’s no big deal ... it’s like locking and unlocking any other door on the truck ... they don’t auto-open either.
