Default Tonneau cover that is "flush" and opens from front and rear?

Have looked at the Bakflip MX4 as well as the one that rolls - like the flush look and having basically the full rail exposed

However I'd also like to have one of the collapsible storage bins that mounts at the front of the bed and therefore it would be nice to be able to open the bed at the front vs having to fully fold or roll open.

Any options out there? Fold-a-Cover G4 does but is not a flush fit....

I don't think you'll find one cover that checks all of the boxes on your list. As with most things, you'll have to compromise on one or more features. Specifying a desire for a cover that opens from both ends, for example, immediately reduces your options down to less than a handful of covers, IIRC.

I have the Extang Encore, folds front and rear. It removes without tools in less than a minute. the lock keys to your truck key. I use it along with the bed divider in front which makes a nice storage area. Unfortunately not a flush fit.

How water tight is it inside ?
Did you use the 3rd key that came with your Platinum for the BOLT system ?

thanks - nice truck - same as mine I was looking at that one last evening - like the quick removal option... looks like you can open/close the tailgate without having to have the back panel raised, correct?

The Encore is the closest thing out there to what you are looking for...

We sell quite a few of them and don't really get complaints. They are are in the higher price side at about $800 shipped but they are uniquely suited to what you are looking for except the flush fit...

I've looked around, and cant seem to find how much weight the encore will hold. Do you happen to know?

thanks... am I correct that you can close an opened tailgate without having to open the rear panel and re-close?

Also looking at the Fold-a-Cover G4 - also not flush of course - but it looks like this does not integrate with the locking tailgate, so I'd need to separately unlock to open the cover?

I have the fold a cover and the integrated toolbox (personal caddy). I wouldn't do it any other way if I had the chance to do it over. The cover is keyed separately from your truck -- if someone has your truck key they still can't get into your toolbox, even if they unlock the tailgate. I've had zero problems with water.

The only downside for me is losing access to the stake pockets. Again, though, no product out there is going to check off all the boxes...

Nice looking Cover & Truck.
It looks like mine,
I've always wanted one of the Ruby Red Fiber Glass Covers.
Too many Con's & not enough Pro's.
